Fine Grinding Mill (Centrifugal Roller Mill) Kurimoto Roller Mill
Division for this product Plant Engineering and Machinery Division
Summary
The Kurimoto Roll Mill has a combined function of grinding, classifying, and pneumatic convey and a number of proven successful accomplishments for grinding phosphate rock, limestone, manganese dioxide, titanium oxide, coke, and others. Furthermore, by combining a pneumatic conveying dryer with the Kurimoto Roller Mill, you can perform grinding and drying at the same time as needed. This Roller Mill is broadly comprised of the following main unit and accessory equipment.

The Kurimoto Roller Mill has two models, Low-side Model and High-side Model (equipped with a whizzer separator on the top of the mill). The Low-side Model is best suited to grind materials up to -200mesh 80%, while the High-side Model for finer range than that.
Features
- The feed controller enables the Kurimoto Roller Mill to keep constant and smooth running and deliver a thorough grinding capacity. With this controller, an optimum amount of material can be automatically fed into the mill at all times.
- Easy adjustments of product particle size
- Grinding materials up to some 20m in particle diameter for 80% pass is enabled to a sufficient degree.
- Negative-pressure air circulation system, which raises no dust in the room, providing clean and better working environment.
- In combination with pneumatic convey, you can convey products to a randomly chosen point and classify them at the same time with a few workers.
- You are able to grind and dry materials at the same time, and prevent the degradation of grinding capacity due to moisture to produce particles of a desired moisture level.
- Large grinding capacity and compact design enable you to run this Kurimoto Roller Mill with a lower noise level compared to tumbling mills.
- Minimized entry of iron during production makes this Kurimoto Roller Mill best suited to produce products, which are easily affected by iron.
Use
- Phosphate rock
- Limestone
- Manganese dioxide
- Titanium oxide
- Coke
